As an authorized Practitioner/reseller of Good Health Naturally, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering as a Practitioner/reseller of Good Health Naturally. By completing the Good Health Naturally registration form, you indicate your acceptance of its terms and conditions.
1. All online sales must be made solely from your own website – Only wholesalers, practitioners, or retailers that have their own E-commerce website will be permitted to sell GHN products online. The use of ‘storefront’ 3rd party trading or CSE advertising will not be permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, Amazon, Ebay, and Etsy.
2. Product presentation on your website – Only sales copy, as shown on the Good Health Naturally official websites should be used in conjunction with online product advertising (this is to help avoid any unlawful claims). Up to date product images and text must be used. This also includes an expectation that resellers will follow the trading ethos and business plan of retail sales, again the same as can be seen on the retail website.
3. Knowledgeable Staff – Good Health Naturally will only permit the sale of its products from websites that are managed by owners/staff that have experience in the safe, ethical promotion of dietary supplements.
4. Promotion of Good Health Naturally products – GHN products should not be placed on comparison search engines (CSE’s) such as kelco, pricedumper, winbuyer, supaprice, or mainstream search engine shopping areas. These environments are incompatible with the status of the GHN brand.
5. Good Health Naturally right to cease trading with resellers – GHN reserves the right to cease trading, directly or indirectly, with any wholesaler, practitioner, or retailer if, at its sole discretion, it decides that their website is an inappropriate environment for GHN products, or it is unhappy with the way in which GHN products are being promoted, or if there appears a breach of the license terms and conditions in any way.
6. I consent to my submitted data being collected and stored
A 30 day grace period from date of License is provided to allow the transfer or removal of any current advertisements on 3rd party sites. Any orders placed within this time are agreed not for use to restock 3rd party supplies. This license applies to all wholesalers, practitioners, and retailers of GHN products.
