Shipping Charges and Information

UK Shipping:

All orders placed before 1pm on a working day will normally be dispatched First Class with Royal Mail, on the same day (Monday-Friday, not including a bank holiday).

- All parcels below 2kg will be charged at standard Royal mail shipping costs of £3.50. You must allow up to 7 working days from dispatch to receive you order, we cannot investigate any missing orders until after this period. We cannot replace a missing order that has been sent by first class post until 7 working days from the order being shipped.

- All parcels over 2kg will be dispatched by DPD, and charged at standard DPD costs of £7.50.

If you need to receive your order quickly, we recommend you use the DPD courier option (This option is available for UK customers only), orders only sent out on a working day and there is no delivery on a Saturday.

Dropship order:

Items that are being drop shipped from the USA, must allow additional time for delivery as they are being shipped internationally.  Some additional time is also required from orders being shipped from a different location in the UK.

International Shipping (including southern Ireland, excluding, USA, Canada and Australia):

All orders placed before 1pm (GMT) on a working day will normally be dispatched on the same day, normally via Airsure. We cannot replace a missing order until 21 working days after the shipping date.

Your order will NOT be sent with a tracking ID unless the value is £110 or more excluding p&p.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

The shipping charge will be shown as you are going through the checkout. If you receive a message stating your order is too heavy, you will then receive an email from us, with the amount required to pay for shipping. You can either phone us on +44 203 746 3283 or if UK bases 03337 777 333 to process this payment or you can log into your account, select the misc. option from the A-Z list, select the correct quantity of £1.00 (when you reach the part where your address is, include a note to say shipping for previous order, and check the small box above the notes section to save your note) .

All orders with shipping to Africa or South Africa and United Arab Emirates are strictly sent at customers own risk, unless own courier is used.

All parcels will be charged postage + packing at cost.

Countries applicable for Airsure: (only available for parcels less than 2kg)

Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden, Switzerland and USA

By confirming your order for shipment outside the UK, you agree that: if any package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, because you refuse the package, or for any other reason other than solely because of our error, you will be responsible for our shipping cost for the return and reshipment of the package. If the cost to return the package to us exceeds the cost of the goods ordered, or if you have ordered products that we are informed cannot be imported into the country of intended delivery, we may instruct the shipping company to abandon the package, but even if we do so, you will remain responsible for payment. We cannot accept responsibly for non delivery of an order within any country where a third party shipping service removes the order from our own shipping service and then fails to deliver or return the package to us, you will remain responsible for payment.

If your package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned to us, we cannot issue you a refund. Most orders are held by Customs for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. Please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.

USA, Canada and Australia Shipping:
